i like the first one cuz his bet looks real weak and i like c/c leading rather than c/r turn cuz if he calls your c/r you get in a real tough spot on the river.

the second one is real player dependent because when he calls your raise he clearly has a pp range so you would need to know if he could fold whatever pp you put him on.

I agree that hand 1 he looks weak, but I think if you're gonna float someone, you should try doing it in position, instead of out of position. And actually , now that i look at it, what better hands are you trying to get to fold? You have showdown value here if you think he has air, or a missed draw.

If you have a read on villain that he can fold a Q.. or J here then I like it.

Hand 2, I think a lot of trip K's with weak kickers play it this way, so you could get looked up here.

Thanks for the input.

Incase you were wondering, they both folded. I made another similar play that session where it didn't work but I couldn't post it cause I couldn't find the HH.

doesn't 1 have to bet a MUCH bigger river bet to get him to fold < straight
2 maybe if you think he's the kinda of guy who is c/raising a pp then giving up.
