$0.01/0.o2 NL on PS.

UTG ( $1.90) raises $0.06
Hero ( $5.65) calls with AKs ..... I usually 3bet here but wanted to mix it
up a bit as I had been raising a lot of pots

UTG +1 ($4.00) Calls ............. only saw him about 4 hands ...seems like a
calling station folding at the river 2 times
blinds FOLD
FLOP.......................... J, K, 9 rb

UTG bets $0.15
Hero Rasies to $.50
UTG +1 calls
UTG calls.

TURN........ 8

UTG checks..
HERO..........?????????
Why is it a penny for your thoughts but
you have to put your 2 cents in??

Somebody's making a penny!!

Tell me exactly why you mixed it up in poker terms - "I had been raising a lot of pots" doesn't qualify.

At this spirit you want to be value betting all the way, ideally putting him all in. Sure you'll get pwned sometimes but the great majority of the time you'll be fine.

If you've been raising a lot of pots you don't want to slow it down when you actually have a good hand.

Plus like it was mentioned above, don't worry about getting tricky with dummies.

People have already touched on it, but given you have a shaky image you definately want to 3bet here for value. If people are getting tired of your shit they'll call you down pretty lightly.

As played... this is actually kindof tough spot. You really only beat KT and KQ. I guess betting is still best though. I'd be tempted to check the river though.
