villain is very loose preflop, and aggressive.. no other reads

Would you call this or not, and whats the reasoning behind your decision?

You're getting 3:1 odds on your call ($90 pot/$30 to call), so if he'd be bluffing or have a weaker ace 1 in 4 times (which he very well might be given that he's loose and aggressive) then you can make a +EV call. Even still, I think I would probably lay this down as his play reeks of two pair or maybe a set of sixes. A call is certainly justifiable given the favorable pot odds though.
