Villain is 23/18/3.7 over 621 hands. Fairly aggressive regular.
This is probably my 2nd or 3rd orbit at most after sitting down at this table. The only hand I played against him so far was I had KQs from BB, he PFR from BU with QT, flop came Q high I C/Red flop, bet 1/2ish both turn and river and he called me down, resulting with him losing the hand.

What about my bet sizing on this hand? Should I have B/F a smaller amount on the river? Is that even an option given recent history?

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $1.00 BB (6 handed) -

Button ($138.90)
SB ($98.10)

Preflop: Hero is MP with ,
1 fold, Hero bets $3, 1 fold, Button calls $3, 1 fold, BB calls $2

Flop: ($9.50) , , (3 players)
BB checks, Hero bets $6.50, 1 fold, BB calls $6.50

Turn: ($22.50) (2 players)

Would he play 78 like this? A7/A3/A8? Such a nut line in less aggressive games. I think you see a backdoor flush a fair clip of the time. Something like T9 clubs or 98 clubs.

On the river what you putting him on when you size your bet?
