1) given his betsize i like it.
2) really just depends if you think he can fold TT or worse.

I like both of them, although not sure what you're repping in the 2nd hand, but if I were villain you would confuse me into a fold i think.

1. Fold turn on first one, as played, its alright but i dont generally like trying to get someone off an overpair on a dry board.

2. He's not bluffing, again id just fold.

These boards are super dry, I don't think you're getting anybody off a decent hand. In hand 1 you're really repping 7x, not KT or whatever

in hand 2 you're repping basically aces or quads

Hand 1 - I don't get it... your hand might be good 25% of the time on its own on the river... I suppose he might fold Tx but not sure. I'd just fold probably.

Hand 2 - He's really never folding here...

In hand 2, I think Villain almost always has a hand, so if you bluff I'd suggest going bigger. The post-oakish bluff sizing isn't going to work very often.
Check out my self-deprecation here!

If you are dead set on bluffing the first hand, bluff the turn! 89 got there, and it's fairly reasonable you slowplayed trips on the flop and now are raising... plus you have 6 outs if you are wrong.

In 2nd one you are still ahead of some gutters + oesd + other A high, just check the turn, you'll be good at showdown a decent amount.

I didnt plan on bluffing #1, on turn I thought my hand was good often enough to call and to see a check-check showdown. His sizing on river made me spazz.

In #2 my thought was basically that his hand is face up as 8x/99/TT/77, discount some TT/99 as he didnt 3bet pre. Now if he´s aware of his perceived range and that I couldnt expect him to fold a lot, I could still be raising Jx/QQ-AA

Jx/QQ-AA is like super super narrow range, I'm not sure you can expect anyone to give u credit for that, if u had any of those, I like overbet shoving the river just cuz I think you are getting called pretty often.

Just playing around with cbet sizing. Do something they arent used to, give myself more room/stacks for later streets, encourage a wide range to call oop. I think my sizing on flop and turn is relevant for the river decision. While Im experimenting I do this with a wide range of hands. Thoughts?
