So I had no idea what to do here. Villain is a solid regular and we have a history. Stats unknown but he's a little on the lag side of tag. I had already 3 bet a few times before this hand, and this hand set up the second hand in question...

Stacks:
Villain ($100)
Cutoff ($100)
Hero Button ($100)

Pre-Flop: Hero is Button
Villain raises to $3.5, 1 fold, Cutoff Calls $3.5, Hero Raises to $13, 2 folds, Villain raises to $30, Cutoff folds, Hero tanks and calls $30 for deception after being isolated.

Flop: ($65, 2 players)
Villain open pushes $70, Hero calls $70.

Turn: ($205) :Tc: (2 players)

River: ($205) (2 players)

Villain Shows :Kc: :Jd:
Hero Shows

Hero wins $205

Now for the hand I scratch my head about. Same villain..

Stacks:
Villain Cutoff ($100)
Hero BB ($250)

Pre-Flop: Hero is BB :Ks:
2 fold, Villain raises to $3.5, 2 fold, Hero Raises to $11.5, Villain raises to $30. Hero?

The reason I am questioning this hand that looks cut and dry is because it happened like 1 minute after first hand. What I know is that villain is not folding any pair. Hero smooth called with AA-KK right before this, so hands are essentially face up if I ship it because he is discounting AA-KK from my range. If I ship I am certain villain will play close to perfectly. What do I do?

You're over thinking things. For all you know, villain is on the level where he's thinking "you won't think that he'd bluff two times in a row, so he's gonna bluff here again and you'll give him credit"... which you're clearly doing if you don't know what you wanna do with AK here.
