Opp. is a 24/5/2 after ~50 hands. This is a tight table and I've been running at 24/18 and very aggro postflop. I thought about alot of options with this hand but I'm curious what other people do here.

Call because he's betting another $8-12 on the turn, will call down value bets when you hit the flush and stack off to the straight.

I think there is a real strong possibility he takes it down with a push on the flop, without having to hit it to win. Very likely button calls this with weak jack, probably AJ, and i dont see how he could call a push.

In my experience people vastly over-estimate the fold equity you have in this spot and under-estimate just how big of mistakes he will make on the turn and river.
Against one of you guys, sure I'll play push games here. It's an edge and you'll punish me for passing those up. Against an unknown, I want to play turns and rivers.

Flushes scare the shit out of people. If Hero calls and a spade hits it's going to be difficult to paid - even at lower stakes. I think a reraise or push is better for that reason.
And actually a reraise may work out well. If you reraise they will probably discount a flush because it looks like you are protecting against it. So if the flush does hit the turn you can check to induce a bluff on the turn or river. If Villain calls the flop reraise, he's going to have a hard time letting his hand go.

Given your read I would push. You have lots of FE since he's a tight player and if you hit your flush on the turn he probably wont pay you off if you just call.
