Is my play here good or should I just be chasing for the cheap odds that I'm getting and only bet big once I hit? Keep in mind this is 200NL on pokerstars. Assume no reads on opp.

First of all this is not a big draw. You have an oesd with some possibly tainted outs, same goes for overcards. That being said, I'd just call the flop. As played, definitely check that turn. Pushing into 2 opponents (one being a shortstack) in an inflated pot is just spewing.

I thought he had QdJd at first, and then I saw it was offsuit.

Not a big draw - he only had 6 legit outs - although and 8 could give him action from a smaller straight.
