I don't really like any of this, but if we're going to barrel him this is one of the worst turn card to do that (if you had the Ah maybe not though i'd check behind with that as well). I think a better line could be checking the turn through and shoving a large portion of river cards (JQKA or any big heart) if checked to, either than that i'd just give up.

Yea, and in my opinion, if he is going to call you on the flop for the $13, he either has a medium pp or possibly a flush draw. Both of which had favorable turn cards. I would say see if u hit the flush or possibly an A on the river and play it out that way. Chances of him calling with just high cards with no background info are not likely.
