Villain is 18/16/2 TAGG who I've seen fold his opening raises two different 3bets, one of which was mine. So the 3bet that gets me into stack size / bet size difficulty wasn't one I expected to get called without some strength behind it. And then it just goes from bad to worse in terms of effective stack sizes.

$0.1/$0.25 No Limit Holdem
5 players
Converted at weaktight.com

Stacks:
UTG ($23.76)
CO ($23.39)
BTN ($10.84)
SB ($25.33)
Hero ($44.34)

Pre-flop: ($0.35, 5 players) Hero is BB
2 folds, BTN raises to $0.85, 1 fold, Hero raises to $2.65, BTN raises to $4.45, Hero calls $1.8

Flop: ($9, 2 players)
Hero ??

Any thoughts mucho appreciated.

Why did you just call his 4-bet pre-flop? I think that's the only decision in this hand.

I was getting 2.5 to 1 on my call. I had no clue what to do in this hand. I did consider folding, but I felt like I had at least 30% equity against his range. So I called. But I hated myself for it.

this hand is severely butchered. you could make a case for calling if he was full stacked or deep, but not a 40bb stack.

If you think he's being retarded, stick it in.
If you think he wants a call, fold.
Since you called, this is a pretty easy check/fold.

all in preflop, check/fold flop

vs these small stacks im getting it allin each time. now if you feel he will only do it with AA or KK then fold.
