Villain is 27/20/0.9 over a small sample. I don't know if he's seen me raise on the button a lot, I'm fairly new to the table.

This is one of those hands where the implied odds has me calling.

That's what I was thinking. Either push the flop or call and push any diamond, T and 5.. A blank turn would suck then though.

I dont think a push has FE very often, but that might be a stakes-issue (the meaning of reraises at my stake vs reraises at your stake).

surely push has FE but its not most likely high enough given the money behind and the size of the pot. This depends so highly on your read of his holdings. I might call and then bet on every straight and flush card (might be quite close to optimal bluffing frequency game theory wise too). If I am full of shit, just let me know, I am kinda sick and multitasking and what not..

Agreed, I don't think a FLOP push has enough FE.
I play 50NL. If you pay little attention to Shania like me(low limits, diff. opponents all the time), then I like calling flop and pushing any 3 flush board, and value raising the turn when you make a straight. If turn bricks, I fold to a big bet or take a free card.
Playing live . . . thanks alot Bin Laden.

Fuck Shania (I know I would ) but you really shouldnt think too much meta-game, just play the poor opponents. It is overrated even at the higher stakes.
