HiLo
A year ago I was making ~570bb/100 in pots where I 3 bet (mainly 100NL FR huge sample).
Now I am making only ~170bb/100 (mainly 50NL 6m over about 80k hands).

Is this a major leak in my game or is this figure reasonable given that more players have a better preflop game these days in 3 bet situations in short handed games?

If you are 3betting more, you are going to be making less bb/100 but you will have more 3betting volume. (i.e. making 170 big blinds/100 while 3betting 3x as much as you used to is about the same as 3betting 1/3 as much and making 570 bb/100, right?)

I'm guessing you were more selective about 3betting in full ring, plus players are getting better and better in this climate.

Edit: Just wanted to point that out. If your 3bet% is similar then it may be only part of the issue, or not an issue at all.

Unfortunately my 3b over this sample is only 6%. I think it was around 4.5-5% when I played FR.

HiLo
Would be great if some of the decent players on here could do a quick filter in HEM/PT and tell me what a good bb/100 is when they have 3 bet pre.
