Villain is 23/17/3/25 over 100 odd hands. He has 3 bet my late position raises a couple of times, and I've folded every time. No real reads post flop.

Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em, $1 BB (5 handed) Party-Poker Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: FlopTurnRiver)

BB ($126.93)
UTG ($121.50)
MP ($150.81)
Hero ($104.48)
SB ($113.46)

Preflop: Hero is Button with K, 9.
2 folds, Hero raises to $4, 1 fold, BB calls $3.

Flop: ($8.50) 4, 2, K (2 players)
BB checks, Hero bets $6, BB raises to $15, Hero calls $9.

Turn: ($38.50) 6 (2 players)
BB bets $21, Hero folds.

Final Pot: $38.50

This seemed horribly played by me, only I don't know any other better lines really. Basically I was just confused the entire hand... Let me know what you think.

seems fine. Aggro villains are usually raising their strong draws and his line looks to fit a FD. Standard w/ only a weakish TP hand.

This is indeed a tougher situation.

The hand above is a clear fold. On a non-diamond turn I likely fold with K9. AK I probably call 1 street.

I would seriously consider it. I would want villain to be a bit more aggro than 23/17/3 though.
