the few times i tried small 4bets they were cold called by JJ-KK. it's an interesting idea though. i'll prob need to do it more at higher levels.
dunno if this will really catch on at 200nl though. maybe at the tables i try to not sit at haha.

 Note as far as i know 4 betting with the intention of folding is not only a bad idea but highly exploitable.

i agree in general, but it depends if u do it more with hands u won't fold, or at least villain thinks that u do that.
