SB is a multitabling TAG at 200/400nl. limper is a fish
with AQo i think i could let it go preflop. 3betting seemed like my worst option.. call > fold > 3bet?
postflop is going to be tricky.. i need to flop a draw or TP to continue. fold flop ok?
converter can't handle these euro tables i guess

Given the fact that seat 4 is short stacked it's very unlikely the PFR is betting at this flop w/ air so it's probably just a fold (of course this isn't always true, but if you have to ask, this is the rule you should follow). You don't always have to flop something to continue in this spot.
Like, if this flop checked around You could put out a bet on the turn thinking nobody else has anything.

LOL that's why I tried to give like super general advice. Couldn't think of what else to say.
