i think i played this post flop really badly...flop raiser is running 54/17 over 24 hands. guy calling behind me on flop was 34/6 over 120 hands. the raise on the flop made me doubt the strength of my hand and i liked the turn card and disliked it at the same time. villains check behind on the turn really threw me though. do i have the best hand and should i have bet the river for value? this is all just ugly

I'd reraise preflop for sure (even in Full Ring) and probably get it in on this flop. SPR be damned TP is the nuts vs 54/17.
