Is there any point in betting this river? I'm all for squeaking out thin value but I really don't think I get called by worse often enough to make it even worthwhile. Thoughts?

Thoughts on the flop are welcome as well. I didn't like betting it because it can hit a lot of their hands and is such a good board to play at someone on. Plus I had some showdown value with lots of room to improve, but still didn't like my hand enough tobe willing to face a c/r.

Texas Hold'em $2-$4 NL (real money), hand #P4-64528314-392

Seat 10: zjunkie ($287.50 in chips)

Flop [board cards T,J,Q ]

Turn [board cards T,J,Q,J ]
zjunkie checks, furoes checks, Galapogos bets $15, zjunkie calls $15, furoes folds.

River [board cards T,J,Q,J,9 ]

uh i check behind unless playing against an enormous fish. AQ/AJ never calls here, and those are the only reasonable hands that dont tie/beat us.

I really really really don't get why you wouldn't be happy to felt this on the flop, very rarely will your opps have a better made hand that also compromises your draw.

Yeah, looking back now flop is really brutal. I was running bad today and let it get to me I guess.
