Ok i got turned here
but is it ok to call behind here with two pair or should i look to raise here?
opp said after the hand he was afraid i had trips which is why he didnt raise me back. Thoughts.

You played this hand in reverse. Raise the flop substantially. Slow down on the turn and river. Two pair that doesn't involve top pair is a highly vulnerable hand and outdraws are common - you should protect it up front and if you get someone tagging along (especially more than one player), start thinking about showing it down for cheap.
