Don't like it. 1) I think you should just bet the flop. 2) Your turn bet is less than half pot, which doesn't come off as very confident. Therefore his minraise tell us exactly nothing about his hand. If you're going to bet the turn, I think you should bet at least 20ish.

As played, I call the minraise and try for a cheap showdown.

if they are 90/30 and you are aware of it at the time of the hand, i would reraise preflop and go broke on that flop
