What does this mean? To me it meant he improved on the turn into a better, yet somewhat vulnerable hand (2 pair??) What could he be playing though that I should be afraid of here? Or am I good enough to call and take this pot down?

if he s not a donk and not out-of-line aggro you re usually beat here
when the vpip's are high and the value bets are like razors, who can be safe?

Calling the flop bet and then raising on the turn seems consistent with a set as does his play pre-flop.
