Villain is lag. The fact that he didn't reraise me preflop combine with his flop raise and weak turn bet lead me to believe he was on a weak hand or draw.

Hmmm, he's got $83 behind in a $209 pot for future reference. I'm guessing you're trying to fold out a better K? I try and keep the pot small here and flat call him if you think you're ahead, especially because you are in position.

IMO, smells pretty funky here, I would bet he hit a set or two pair on the flop. Although it depends on how your image is at the table.
