Villain is 33/22/3.3... had been trash talking back and forth with some other player the last 10 minutes, other than that I havn't noticed anything specific about his play.

raise more on the flop so that you can call the turn. another $5 ought to do it.
btw, since he has you covered, you realize you only had to call ~$15 here, which makes it a pretty weak fold, esp if villain would push a pair + draw type of hand, or just a draw which is a possibility.

Flop raise is fine, at this point you're not getting away from the hand. You could even raise a little less and maybe get a couple worse hands to call.
Folding turn is bad. You only have to be good 20% of the time.
