HiLo
Villain is 24/16/9.6 8%3b, 0/3 F3B, probably a reg but I haven't played with him prior to today. I have never cold 4bet at a table with him. My image is relatively tight pre as there have been some fish at our table, maybe ~19/16 with a 6% 3bet, although I have 3 bet twice in the last 3 orbits.

Even though my perceived range is pretty tiny I can't see anyway of not stacking myself v QQ here. If his flop ch-ra range is QQ/AA, I should fold but we only need to add AcKc and calling is +ev. Would be pleased to hear if I should have played this different.

Whilst reviewing this hand, it made me wonder what villain's correct plays are here given our narrow ranges.
e.g How should he play KK here? Does he have enough FE to bet/fold?

Defo bet less on the flop, like $13 looks good. This way we get to widen his peeling and spazz shoving ranges which is obviously awesome and can still shove the turn laying a decent price instead of forcing him to make a comital decision with marginal hands like TT on the flop where he can defo find a fold quite easily.

As for do we always stack off, well construct a realisitic range where we have to fold...

As for your other question, he should prolly jam KK preflop assuming your 4 bet range is like QQ-AA AK and the non AA parts aren't stacking off on certain flops.

HiLo
OK you're right, I stoved it properly.
I had wrongly thought this was more marginal than it is because I thought KK less likely than QQ or AA here, but didn't realise he needs to be doing this an unrealistic 1/6 of the time or never with KK to make it a fold (assuming the rest of his range is AA/QQ/AcKc and I had bet smaller on the flop).
