put in another raise preflop. I know *technically* its a 3bet, but its a minraise. You have the best hand here way more than not so you want to get more money in the pot when you most likely have a decent equity advantage. flop is fine as played.

I would 4 bet for sure. Since he's a "retarded moneky with no idea how to play" I would just put him in. 4 betting to 2ish isn't bad either.
