Hand is simple so is the answer probably just want to hear thoughts.

No HUD so no numbers sorry. Villain is aggressive though, his notes say he double barrels frequently. 50NL 120bb eff 6 handed. I haven't seen him 3bet yet.

Hero raises to 1.75 with AKo
folded to Villain who 3-bets from the bb to 6.75
Hero.........

Calling usually seems good in position but because he double barrels it seems pretty bad. He is going to destroy us with the intiative. 4bet here? Or maybe call and raise a lot of flops?
Flopping quads and boats like its my job

For me it's his pre-flop aggression, not his post-flop aggression that counts here. There are lot's of situations where I would reraise; but I don't know enough about the range of hands he plays (just how you've said he will play them).

At NL 50 it's rare that a pre-flop reraise isn't AA -> JJ, AK, or maybe AQ. I would probally call, hoping to hit the flop. After that it would all depend on the bets and the board.

I would probally be happy to call down if I hit top pair and let him hang himself with his own aggression; even though this would backfire from time-to-time.

If I miss and he shows little, or no interest then I would put in a bet, or raise around about pot-size (does that out of character check on the Q84 board really mean QQQ?)

If, as will often happen I miss, but he puts in a decent size bet, I wouldn't get too in love with the hand (maybe 1 small tester raise then quits).

if he's going to spew off a lot of chips when an A or K comes then obv call preflop, your logic is correct use it.

And don't call and raise a lot of flops just call and let him spew away.

These stack sizes are great for 4-betting AK though.

A 4-bet is fine as long as you would 4-bet here with AA/KK. Otherwise, I would just call.
