yes he can, because hes moron. hes 46/16/2.5 over 111 hands right? im 3 bet/calling here.

i mean just think about it. we are behind KQ and 22 realistically.

will's right you are behind 2 hands and this is A10 and J10 so much its not funny. Add a bunch of random crap an this is a 3 bet shove for me.

Id fold flop if he is the type to always call but rarely raise. basically when a passive players turns aggro i step aside alot. if he aint then stay in the hand, looks like a shvoe to me.
