Villain seems decent. Last orbit I 3 bet his utg raise and he folded so I chose to flat here plus we are deep and I don't feel great getting this in pre.
I flat flop to let him keep firing worse aces and pps. Obv I am not folding turn but I don't feel great about it. Although I guess this is what I wanted to happen when I flatted pre and on flop.
Did I fuck this hand up?

Looks standard to me, I'd also raise flop a good % of the time.

Kind of blows if hes not the type to 3 bet a draw this deep. If he will stack with AQ or less then great. I wouldn't raise the turn unless one of these factors existed.

Yeah I am basically crossing my fingers after he 3 bet shoves turn and hoping he has AJ/AQ. Guess he can have AK as well, though unlikely. I raised cuz I though he would often flat w AJ/AQ thinking im FOS or floating or w/e or that I have a worse A, but the shove surprised me.

I don't know man I can't really see the merits of raising the turn here. I think AJ/AQ are going to still be pretty terrified. I'd rather raise the flop than turn.

I stoved it at basically a 48/52 coinflip including A4s-A5s & KcQc, AcJc, AQs+ & sets.
My question is why the huge b/3bet on the turn? Why so big? I don't think he can put you on AK and I think he thinks AK is definitely in his UTG range. He might think he can get you to lay down AQ- with a club draw. This leads me to a call, but I'm not real happy about seeing him flip up 55 or KK here. I just don't see how a set thinks it gets value from this huge shove or is he that afraid of draws this deep?

Imo you have to raise flop. You're repping so few hands, that villain continues with any ace at least and the 1 or 2 bets you'll get from him on later streets will be a lot bigger.
Calling flop to let hands <Ax in doesn't make much sense to me as you'll never get much out of them on later streets anyway.

What do you mean? Seems like a standard size b/3b to me.

looks like a set, maybe AK or AQcc, but meh, i don't think he's bluffing. i don't think you have to raise the flop, or the turn for that matter. let him keep firing into you. and i'd 3bet pre imo. he's deep, you have AK, and AK didn't lose any strength because you two are deep. quit being a nit. btw, most players don't adjust their ranges when deep at these stakes. so if villian has AA/KK and probably AK, he's going to 4 bet you.
