UTG is tricky sTAG that has played 1/2NL in the past 26/9/1 Have also seen him MR bluff a board that TP tripped up on turn. He folded to 3bet push.
MP is straight up TAG. 21/16/2ish.
I think I played this too cautious. What do you all think?
Given UTG notes/description it looks very possible he has high PP here that wanted action. He seems smart enough that he should know calling 22-99 given stack sizes is bad.
I put MP range largely on 22-JJ here given pre-flop.
I thought about b/f flop, but that seemed weak. I feel I have to fold to any raise given my read, but UTG is very capable of a bluff here.

What happened to big hands big pots? I always bet this flop and as played I would always raise the turn. And I would always value bet this river.

As would I. You are losing so much value in taking this line.

dont take this the wrong way... but are you playing on a short roll? Your play has been very timid in the last couple of hands youve posted.

It looks like UTG has AA/KK here up until his river check
I'd like the flop check much better if you were HU, I don't think anyone is going to bluff you off of your hand 3way.
You have to ask yourself if they are capable of bluffing you on this board, I don't think they are.

No quite the opposite actually. I'm 40BI deep before moving up. Although you're right the last couple hands are ones that are really pissing me off with how nitty I played them. That is why I posted them. I just wondered if anyone else would see UTG's play as suspicious.

I thought and thought about value betting the river $40, but I chickened out thinking if UTG raises I have pretty much committed myself and if I value bet less, he is more likely to CR me all-in. Something just seemed so fishy about his PF play & that river didn't really improve me against any range that raises my river bet.
Thanks for the responses guys.
