opp is a 25/17, raises quite a lot of cbets with 7.25% reraise on flop, he's got $45 left after he calls the cbet. I would think he shoves JJ+ easily on that flop, what's my best line on the turn, do I always put him on a medim pair and expect him to fold to a turn shove here? Will he ever fold that when he's calling $45 into $115 pot there?
Because he's starting with 80 bb's here, do I keep the 3bet much smaller so it's easier to get away from when i don't hit A/K on flop?

This is also a hand where a c-bet might not have been the best option as overpairs would almost always float the flop. I can often take down the pot with a delayed c-bet on the turn when a scare card comes. I am torn about what to do on the turn but I would shove most of the times and check/fold the other.

id cbet but i think 22 into 26(?) is too big. i think i might just c/f now i dont like that he doesnt have a full stack. if turn is a Q i would probably shove though i guess.

its tempting to pull some isf theorem here, but like ez said, hes not a full stack, so we for sure have less FE. also agree that $22 is too big on flop, and unfortunately a J isnt much of a scare card, because it rarely improves your hand.

Yeah it basically comes down to whether you think he's folding. I think there are definitely players who will fold everything worse than a J here but there's also players who won't fold a pair here. Since you played with the guy i think you'll have a better assessment of the answer to the question.

The only question on this one is read. If you think he'll fold, then you bet. Some players will, some won't.

ok so we agree that the cbet is needed, and then turn shove depends on previous history with this player. If it's a relatively unknown player then would you assume because he did not have a full buyin he's much less capable of making a tough fold?

Also make it 12 or 11 pre, your 3-bet size is a little too big especially since he isn't full stacked
