-Button is 20/8/1.63, and have seen him take several bad beats on several tables in the last hour
-SB is 31/8/1.3
-Button delayed a long time on flop before calling

Tough spot. I'm willing to get it AI with shorty SB, but then there's the button next to act with >100BB behind. Meh... I think I'm min-raising to $40 here. If Button pushes, I fold, if he flat calls I call a push from SB and re-evaluate turn, although I imagine I'll be pot-committed.

Yah I agree, I could re-raise here and if both me and Btn called SB's push, then the pot would be about $180 on the turn, and Btn would only have $70 behind. So pretty committed.
I figured I could either flat call, push or fold. Should folding ever be a consideration here?

You're getting them to stack off with worse hands IMO. Really only worried of 88/TT here. Don't know what the hell button is doing tho.

I think he either has a slowplayed monster (TT/88/KTs), a draw (QJ), a TPGK hand he doesn't want to blow up the pot with (KQ/KJ) or possibly a mediocre hand (AT) if hero's been c-betting a lot.

How good/bad is a flop push? Maybe sucker Ak into calling, or another strong king from button.
If we think we are beat by SB, BUT Button has 150bb's, is that enough motivation for us to carry on, even though we may be beat by the shorty?
I feel like SB has a hand stronger than ours a LOT of the time.
