 Is there a better way to play this hand or am I just fucked and can't really fold at 10NL? I don't have much info on him either.

 Unless this guy has been really passive, you have to 3-bet his flop minraise. And once you do that you're committed anyways. I think it's fine, and it's especially fine if there's a FD on board.
