You say this is your first hand, so they can have no read on you. So, for someone to smooth call pf, smooth call the flop, and then min-raise the turn with no read on you, you have to assume that they have something of value.
I think you are behind more times then you are ahead here.

Smooth call flop and min-checkraise turn is a very common way for most ppl to slowplay OOP. Call his turn minraise, reevaluate on the river
