You have to lead and rep a big pair after that reraise, imo (how often do you do this with AXs?). $50?

My range in this spot (fwiw) is probably something like 99+/AJ+/KQ and a very small % other stuff like Axs/65s+/22+.

Effective stack on the flop is 142$.

Well, he's getting to the outer limits of LAGg, so he's likley going to attack weakness. Either lead big or c/f.
