SB is a good aggro TAG. 24/22/3 over 120 hands and steals my BB given the opportunity. I have 3bet him from BB a couple times(2 or 3) and he has folded all pre or to my cbet.
My image is standard TAG(22/17).
PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $1.00 BB (5 handed) Poker-Stars Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: FlopTurnRiver)
SB ($403.40)
Hero ($150.15)
UTG ($100)
MP ($127.45)
Button ($139)
Preflop: Hero is BB with 9 , 9 .
3 folds, SB raises to $4, Hero raises to $14, SB calls $10.
Flop: ($28) 2 , 3 , 5 (2 players)
SB checks, Hero bets $17, SB calls $17.
Turn: ($62) T (2 players)
SB bets $35, Hero raises to $119.15. . .
Final Pot: $132
I'm not real proud of it, but I feel I'm ahead of his range and I hate about half of the river cards. I felt raise>call>fold.

i like a call pf better. by 3betting, even bvb his calling range is ahead of 99. i played an eerily similar hand a few days ago taking this exact line and got showed a small pp, but i dont think villain slowplays here on a drawy flop.

imo the 3bet is fine. bet/calling flop is good too. id fold to villains turn lead without more history, since it's unlikely our opponent called your flop bet with a draw.

Why is it unlikely that he called w/ a draw? Are you saying that he would raise most draws to commit? \
Why would he only bet 1/2PSB on the turn?

yea i'd expect a good aggressive player to play his draws aggressively in a spot where he would have some fold equity and in a spot where it's clearly less profitable to play his draw passively and OOP.
i wouldn't focus on the betsize so much but pay more attention to what his actions were in the hand (c/c flop, lead turn). that's a line that usually won't contain bluffs and should not contain draws. you have a weak made hand and therefore i'd fold.

It also seems like an OOP float line from an aggro TAG in a blind war where I've been aggressive. I don't know for sure though so that is why I asked.
Results in white:
Villain folded turn to my push after I timed down to 3 sec.
