Im having the worst fucking month of poker ever I could have ever imagined so I am going to be posting a lot of hands. I think a lot of it is my big pocket pairs getting called allin by flush draws and other stupid bullshit like that, but I am also losing a lot of money in situations like this:

There were only 3 players in this game, the 4th one had just sat down and not yet dealt in i believe. I had been raising a lot so I made a big reraise because I was hoping to narrow it down + I figured I had the best hand even if just barely.

His call on the flop is troublesome. I would probably do what you did. It smells like he has a queen, a 7, or some pocket pair higher than 7s which may or may not mean trouble for you.

Yep, he has a queen, 7, or PP that beats you. Check/fold was the right move after he calls you on the flop.
