This guy is pretty Laggy pre-flop opening a ton, 3 betting a ton, flatting IP a ton. He's 26/21/2 over 611 hands I felt like if I c/c the flop he'd likely bet all his random air. When he checks the flop I would think he either has some sort of sd value or he's just not thinking I'm c/f this flop.

When he bets the turn on this card i feel like i have a bluff catcher yet there are pletny of bluffs in his range. The river doesn't change too much and since my hand looks like what it is thought he may fire his air again a good amount of the time. I don't know if he's capable of value betting weak jacks on this river.

I would call. Ur turn c/c range will probably have some 9's in it and if he knows that then his river bet is either a really big hand or a bluff. Cant see too many big hands play this way except 44. Since he is repping so little and because of the history i think a call is ok.

I like a call, is villan checking back a J on the flop as PFR on such a drawy board?
Do you not prefer a 3bet pre vs described villan?

Not really, we had quite an aggro dynamic in that we'd been 3-betting each other some. I really don't want to be playing 88 oop vs a stronger range in a 3 bet pot. I think he'll flat my 3 bet some of the time but not with enough junk to make 3-betting 88 for value any good oop. He also wont give me an easy time postflop if he has any sort of equity in a 3-bet pot and there's a ton of very tricky flops to play with 88.

I also think he can 4 bet bluff here aswell vs me aswell as 4-bet felting 99+ AQ+ so I really hate facing a 4-bet and think I have to fold.

Calling seems good imo for these reasons, I keep all the garbage in his range, I think 88 does fine postflop vs his whole steal range given he opens so wide on the BU.

yea, seems like this is very rarely a bluff and more like the weaker part of his value range that didnt want to risk a c/r on this sort of flop. Turn is also a fairly bad card to fire for him.

I´m probably leading turn anyway a lot.

I would b/f turn or c/f, but c/c isn't really in my plan. Def c/f river when you c/c turn.
