Villain is a 35/10 with a af of 2. He has been somewhat laggy, and calling down and betting with middle pair. No reads on his pf raising range.

He could have a lot of hands. I think i feel better about calling the river since you aren't getting much value out of anything besides two pair or something like AA-QQ, depending on how bad he is.

a min raise might get a hero call from a lot of hands, including A high depending on your image. It may also open up the betting for a resteal attempt, so if raising I would go with that. your raise is too strong for air to reraise, or for a lot of overpairs to call.

I agree wtih pgil. I'm not usually big on minraising, but I think if there was ever a time, this is a good spot for a value minraise.

I can't see a 35/10 raising low pockets like pocket fours too often, so we're only really afraid fo A4suited I think.
