Stars 25NL, 5-Handed

Staresy ($28.90)
Button ($25.45)
SB ($29.95)
BB ($9.65)
UTG ($53.25)

Preflop: Staresy is MP with 7, 7.
UTG raises to $1, Staresy calls $1, Button raises to $4, 2 folds, UTG calls $3, Staresy begins to get confused about the 10x rule etc here;

Now, Button is an 18/10/2 across 300-odd hands, so I am giving him credit for a hand here. UTG has a sufficiently deep enough stack to cover the 10x rule here, although eff. stacks are only ~$29. The two players in the pot certainly have combined. However, this is reliant on them both hitting the flop hard enough to allow me to get paid sufficiently. That said, I am not convinced UTG has much of a hand, maybe an AQ/AK, possibly a small-mid pp, but I am leaning more towards a big ace which tends to make me take him out of the equation and lean towards folding.

Am I thinking this through correctly? Am I missing something? Does anyone actually call here?
