If you dont have a good idea of your own game then tight is right as they say.
If you think your opps are playing poorer hands (im still amazed at how many people i play agaisnt show down top pair with a rubbish kicker) then i'd be tempted to play a few more hands when i have an ace or king (even queen) in hand eg KT A9 QT simply because if they play crap i can play more hands that arent great but still better than the stuff they play.
If you know your own game then its up to you.
