Villian was 19/6/2 but called open 25% of the time.
I know the std line is prob to bet slightly more on flop say 14 and vbet turn but as played do you call river?

Yah I'd probably never raise and never fold, and almost always call to a lame minraise. You're chopping a ton here though, as I'd expect 9T to raise more.

It's a call esp since he s a relatively unknown tagg and relatively unknown taggs are definitely raising the flop w 9T some % of the time which balances out the fact that we have chop-blockers
This is completley disregarding pot odds btw
