I suck at making folds like this. I usually don't believe it, call flop and fold to turn bet if reasonable. Is that a bad leak?
Do I need to learn to make these folds in heads up againts non maniacal villains?
This villain recently 3 bet AJo pre and stacked off on a high board to my AK fwiw.

No and yes
you did okay
IMHO
straight or two pair?
he had 20% of his stack so i'd respect it with that flop and what you held.

you can call flop and ship a safe turn, you don't always have to call flop and fold to a reasonable turn bet, especially on a board texture like this one
His raise size, however, tells me he wants to get a lot of money in the middle in a hurry, was this his typical flop c/r sizing?

I can't recall his c/r sizing but this might have been one of the first times he c/r.
This board has a lot of draws in his ranges but also 2 pair, straight etc and I don't feel to good shipping the turn as I can get it in drawing dead or just very thin.
