You say u fold to turn reraise ?? from what i saw people with 60 vpip's will move there on you with an ace which they didnt bet at flop (and sometimes A7,K7...) if he moves on river u may be beat... wonder if u meant turn too, can u explain ?...

He seems very passive post flop - If his overbet on the turn is unusual for him and he plays back when we raise, I think a fold isn't out of the question. Not sure if I would make it though - it's pretty read dependent. I have come across plenty of players at 50NL with stats similar to this guy's who slow play all their monsters and bluff-overbet with trash!

Hes betting twice the pot? What kinda hand does this? A big hand not wanting anyone making their flush against him, or a rather shabby semi-bluff while on the flush draw? Either way I'd want to raise to find out.
Triple his bet and see what he does, if he comes over the top you have a tough decision, if he just calls then your most likely ahead against a weak ace or something.
I may call here sometimes to avoid the decision if he comes over the top and because he may also bluff the river allowing you to call, or he may check the river letting you know you have the best hand. Flat-calling provides you with easier decisions and may also bring the short stack along, but conversly allows drawing hands to hot their flush. So im in favour of raising here the majority of the time as it will help you define your hand.
