Hand 1: You only beat a bluff on that board, so fold, even vs a min raise.
Hand 2: I'll call, but I expect to be behind more often then in front, however, we are getting around 3-1 odds and we have showed a lot of passiveness vs TAG, the opposit of hand 1 where we showed strength.
Hand 3: vs a TAG I don't 2barril turn. This would be turning your hand into a bluff. I would c/c turn and c/c or c/f river depending on the action or bet river if turn is checked through.

1) If I think he's bad enough to be having KQ or AKh here sometimes, I call. But of course you're beat here against most.
Bet a lot more on every street next time.
2) Bet river more, I'd call the raise while not feeling too happy about it.
3) Pot the flop. I c/f turn against any reasonable bet.

I was gonna say the same thing.
First hand is meh whatever.. based on your sizing who knows.. he could think his Kh is even good here. I look this up as played.
Second hand - Umm... bet turn? He's repping only backdoor diamonds. He might even be getting tricky with KJ. I do expect to be beat pretty often, but again I don't get your sizing at all. You're practically inducing raises in all these spots, and then you're tempting yourself to fold. I'd find it a much easier fold if you bet $9ish to begin with.
Hand 3 - not sure how I feel about the turn bet. Might c/c one.. and c/f this river.
