The orginal plan here was to float the flop, and steal on the turn, however once I made my pair I felt they were good and went for value... The reason I called the river is, wouldn't it be rare for villian to be calling my turn raise, in hopes of the low end of the straight? Do you agree, or was I just lucky? Thoughts?

BB bets $1.5, Hero raises to $4.5, BB calls $3.

River: ($15.25) 5 (2 players)
BB bets $8, Hero calls $8.

Final Pot: $31.25

Results in white below:
BB has 8h Js (one pair, eights).
Hero has Ks Qs (one pair, kings).
Outcome: Hero wins $31.25.

Easy call. He has a lot of two pairs in his range though which he is probably vbetting here.
