My very first hand at the table. I hope my turn play wasn't bad. What do I do on the river? Blocking bet (how much); and do I call if reraised? Huge bet? Something else?

i don't think it's necessarily bad to check/call the flop.

on the turn, raise it more like 7 or 8.

the river... i'd bet half the pot, fold any big raise.
