so obv no read on villain, plus I played this hand by the seat of my pants. Feel free to dis anything you don't like. In my laggier days (last week) I would raise pre-flop, especially since it's a posted blind. I'm trying to be nittier, but I'm not sure how that's going.
PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.50 BB (5 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: FlopTurnRiver)
UTG ($27.40)
MP ($45)
Button ($35.50)
SB ($17.55)
Hero ($49)
Preflop: Hero is BB with 6 , 5 . MP posts a blind of $0.50.
1 fold, MP (poster) checks, 1 fold, SB completes, Hero checks.
Flop: ($1.50) 8 , 7 , 2 (3 players)
SB checks, Hero bets $1.5, MP raises to $4.5, SB folds, Hero calls $3.
Well, on flop I have no idea. I thought overpair, flush draw, maybe straight draw. 88,77,22 did not even cross my mind. So I decide to spew $3 and call to see the turn.
Turn: ($10.50) 9 (2 players)
Hero checks, MP bets $8.5, Hero calls $8.50.
Oooh, I made my straight, at the time I thought the higher OESD also completed, so I decided to check/call down
Coming soon, the river...

-I like the flop play. I always lead out here, and if raised, I'll call and abandon the draw if I don't complete on the turn.
-once you hit the turn, I think you have to check raise here. Any river club will be a big action killer

You are drawing to the ass-end on a 2-flush board in an unraised pot. I think I just fold to the c/r, unless villain is known to be aggro/FOS.
Once you hit your straight, look to get all the monies in (otherwise, why bother semi-bluffing and calling the flop). I think you have to raise turn.

ok, obv this is too easy. At the time I thought that might have completed his straight, so I didn't want a crappier hand to fold ( I know). So then the river hits, I realize that if he had T9 that my straight is good, and TJ doesn't raise the flop.
River: ($27.50) 8 (2 players)
Hero checks, MP bets $31.5 (All-In), Hero calls $31.50.
I'll save rond the effort
