Have been playing maybe 100 hands or so. His pretty tight and bad tho he is a winning player. I have raised BU 100% of the time and his been folding and open folding too much PF and not adjusting. His tilting a bit rite now due to couple of previous hands. I was hoping to get shoved over my 5B but was surprised by the flat. What do I do on this flop? Should I not have 5B and just shoved over his 4B pre?

yeah once he 4bets you should just shove... you'd never bluff with your 5bet amount and anyone with half a brain knows this.

once this atrocious flop comes you just should fold.

Agree, you are no where near deep enough where 5 bet jamming is too big of an overbet.
