I haven't played much HU. So just generally looking for some pointers.
Hand 1
This villain had been three betting me a lot preflop and calling by 3-bets about 40-50%. This is his first 4-bet.

Preflop: Hero is BB with Q , A .
Button raises to $2, Hero raises to $6, Button raises to $16, Hero?
Hand 2
Same villain. Called the 3-bet as I was getting a little sick - not the right thing to do I know. Turn push ok?

i wanna here what ISF and the DC jew crew think about hand 1
I'm saying fold, but in a match where you there has not been any 4betting I think it could be a shove

I have to say both of these are really tough spots, and I really don't know what to do. I'll do my best though.
Hand 1: How many hands have you played in this match? Is it only like 10 minutes in? If it's 10 minutes in or less i shove. If it has been awhile and he just doesn't seem to like fourbetting light than fold.
Hand 2: I just call the turn, there aren't many bad river cards so lets not turn our hand into a bluff

yea, weird, dunno what the heck happened there, but thanks for the extra post FTR!!
Another note, the more I look at hand 1 the more I wanna ship it in, in a match without 4betting dynamics it's hard for him to have a big hand here. Ofc it's 50nl HU so he's probably doesnt realize if he should not be only and always 4betting QQ+/AK.
ISF's point about early in the match and shoving is cool. I think if this is the 1st ever 4bet we've seen it's weighted more towards bluffs than big hands.

I mean if its been a half hour and the guy hasnt fourbet once i assume he's just not fourbetting light and i fold.

Bump. 40-50mins for the first hand, serious no 4-bets..but a LOT of 3-betting my BU raises. I had been calling a fair amount of his 3-bets,say 20-30%.

Anything over 10 minutes and he hasn't fourbet i fold, otherwise i shove.
