23/14/1 seems kinda decent.

$0.25/$0.5 No Limit Holdem
5 players
Converted at weaktight.com

Stacks:
UTG ibon8 ($52.08)
CO RingoDingo ($47.25)
BTN Hero ($48.50)
SB Karl68000 ($60.85)
BB IneedmoneyPLZ ($65.10)

Pre-flop: ($0.75, 5 players) Hero is BTN
2 folds, Hero raises to $1.75, 1 fold, IneedmoneyPLZ calls $1.25

Flop: ($3.75, 2 players)
IneedmoneyPLZ checks, Hero bets $3, IneedmoneyPLZ calls $3

Turn: ($9.75, 2 players)
IneedmoneyPLZ checks, Hero checks

River: ($9.75, 2 players)
IneedmoneyPLZ checks, Hero bets $8, IneedmoneyPLZ raises to $16, $8 to Hero ($35.75)?

No great reads but he doesnt seem spewtastic. Played a few other times with him, not sure if he's paying attention/using HUD but he probably has me around 17/12 and no doubt seen me make some bad calls recently.

bet the turn really, it's getting more drawheavy.

River gives u the nuts really (except for straight flushes) and you can never fold this. His min reraise tells us he likes his hand, so just shove over the top really. You get called by flushes, worse full houses, Qx, and other random stuff.

If he has a straight flush, break your keyboard, take notes, and move on.

after he calls the flop: 44, TT+, QT, QJ, QK, QA, KJ, AK, J9

When he checks turn, it becomes more weighted towards draws because sets and 2 pairs wouldn't check this OOP and give free cards.

His river c/r pretty much guarantee he has no straight because he wouldn't check it again after turn c/r failed and would vbet.

Straight flushes are totally out of his range for me, I don't see how he can have 2 spades on the flop (9s8s, AsKs or Ks9s all have a gutshot on the flop, which a decent player would probably fold except maybe for AsKs cause it's overcards. But that would bet PF too, so it makes no sense)

What ranges do you give him?

Much the same range on flop.

Main question is on the river what hands in that range min c/r river on a paired 3-flush board?

Well he sure doesn't put you on a boat after you checked the turn, I can guarantee that.

I think I see monsters under the bed recently.

Much as it brought more draws in, it also improved some hands in his range, so I figured I'd prefer to keep it a medium pot than large.

Anyway, as played do I raise, shove or just call?

I think I did miss something, which was that I figured he'd have to be worried that I had QJ, but you're right as played I almost never do so maybe he wasnt thinking that was much of a concern.

As said, bet turn and now shove. Betting turn really makes things easier and extracts value from worse hands.

Definitely ship river, but betting turn is an even more obvious and necessary play than shoving the river. Why would you check? There's no rule that says you can't fold to a raise after betting the turn for value. You are ahead of so much of his turn calling range you need to bet this all day.
My bankroll is the amount of money I would spend or lose before I got a job. It is calculated by adding my net worth to whatever I can borrow.

havent read thread but this sure looks like QsXs or 4sXs and it obv cant be QsXs on the end

betting the turn is very necessary, it's not like you can't bet/fold if he ships it in duuude.
