If you're guessing what it means, just flat it.
I really don't like raising folding here. I raise-ship it, or flat it.
He can have a few OESD that might do this, and only realistically 999 and 222 for value and maybe somtimes J9.

My bankroll is the amount of money I would spend or lose before I got a job. It is calculated by adding my net worth to whatever I can borrow.

Anything but flatting seems pretty bad. Basically what the others said. Think about what you just did with your line.

you bluffffed with KJ!
Save your bluffs for AQ here, or 78s, or 27o! (I kinda just invented these on the spot, but now lookin at the board, these would all be decent hands to bluff with that have some equity when called)

Ok points taken. I just feel like this is bs so much and didn't want to have to call down all 3 streets and get valuetowned when its not bs.

So you'd rather let him stop bluffing and win a small pot?

If that's always the case we should fold flop. But, fortunately, it's not always the case.

Why can't you call two steets and re-eval river if he barrels. Most people will shut down on the river though, if they have air.
